My name is Elena, and I am a certified NGH Hypnotherapist.

Working with people is my passion and I have always been fascinated by the human mind, learning how it works, discovering and understanding its full potential.

I am based in Copenhagen but you can work with me from anywhere, thanks to the Zoom app. (most of my clients are from abroad).
​
Through my life experience I have strengthened my language skills to overcome barriers and be able to relate to more people.
I practice hypnotherapy in english, italian,danish and romanian mainly.
I speak aslo spanish and french.

Whatever your challenge might be, hypnotherapy will provide you a gentle and highly effective way to create change.

Change (even positive change), can be quite difficult at times.
Therapy challenges you to sit with uncomfortable emotions and to explore your pain, in order to find, peace and joy.
To go through such a journey in the presence of another, is really courageous!
